Chateau les Noes Blanches: Quick tour
The house first appears on archive documents around 1540, during the reign of king Francis I, but the original building is likely much older. Like any venerable old house, with each generation it has undergone modification and refurbishment to bring it up to date for the time, and this generation has been no exception.
The courtyard
The heart of the estate, on a warm summer's day you always want to stop by the main fountain for a while.

The kitchen
The natural hub of the house in the morning, the kitchen is wholly equipped to cater for a full house of 15 guests. On colder days, we'll get a fire going in the open fireplace - there's a good reserve of logs kept for this reason.
